TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS OF APARTMENTS:

The apartments to be built will have the following features.
- MATERIALS AND WARRANTY:
All materials to be used in construction shall be 1st class and have TSE certificate. The normal
warranty period for construction works is 1 year from the delivery date of the construction and the
warranty period of the main carrier system is 5 years from the delivery date of the construction.

- CONSTRUCTION SYSTEM:
Construction will be reinforced concrete and carcass.
External walls will be 25 cm Brick. The interior walls will be made with brick wall materials. The roofs
of the apartment will be terrace roof and the roofs will have both heat and water insulation.
The facades of the apartment are as stated in the project; Silicon based exterior paint, shall be.

- EXTERNAL JOINERY:
Balcony doors and windows shall be colored double glazed, white PVC joinery.

- STAIRS:
All stair steps will be Bilecik beige natural marble.
The shelves will be ceramic in color compatible with marble.

- INTERIOR WALLS:
All interior walls will be plastic satin paint on 3 hand Gypsum plaster.

- CEILINGS:
All ceilings will be plastic paint on gypsum plaster.

- STAIRS AND BALCONY RAILINGS:
Stair and balcony railings shall be aluminum.

- LIVING ROOM :
Upholstery, 33x33 cm. or 60x60 cm ceramic.

Walls will be plastered with plastic satin paint over gypsum plaster.
Ceilings will be plastic paint on gypsum plaster.
Baseboards shall be ceramic.

- KITCHEN:
Upholstery, 33x33 cm. or 60x60 cm ceramic.
Walls will be plastered with plastic satin paint over gypsum plaster.
Ceilings will be plastic paint on gypsum plaster.
Baseboards shall be ceramic.
Kitchen cabinets will be covered with profile cover or MDF. (Buyer can choose color)
The kitchen counter shall be laminate coated.
The sink will be 2 eyes, stainless steel.

- BEDROOMS :
Upholstery, 33x33 cm. or 60x60 cm ceramic.
Walls will be plastered with plastic satin paint over gypsum plaster.
Ceilings will be plastic paint on gypsum plaster.
- GENERAL BATHROOMS AND TOILETS:
Walls and floors shall be TSE certified 1st class ceramic.
Ceilings will be plastic paint on gypsum plaster.
Acrylic bath tub and shower tray will be placed in accordance with the architectural drawings.
Toilets and sinks shall be TSE certified and suit.
TSE certified, 1st class bathroom faucet and shower set will be.

- OUTDOOR TERRACES, BALCONS:
There will be ceramic tiles.
The balustrades shall be aluminum and glass.

- DOORS :
Steel door to the main entrance doors of the apartment.

Interior doors will be American press doors.
Door handles and locks shall be TSE certified.
Mailboxes will be placed at the entrance gates.

- GENERAL:
There will be dressing cabinet (buyer can choose color)
TV and Telephone facilities will be provided in all rooms.
All infrastructure works in the apartments will be completed and counter cabinets will be placed.
The ground floor apartments will have a garden and the 1st floor apartments will have a roof terrace.

- WATER AND ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION:
